Came in to the store today to sort out my broken iPhone and the guys I talked to at geniuses bar were really helpful. Just wanted to say that they were really nice and helpful and I appreciated it as they were very busy for Christmas time.

I visited your Bath store just over a week ago and your store assistant 'Nick' was so helpful and attentive, he is a credit to APPLE's customer service and support. He resolved my issue regarding a miss-selling instance I experienced at your Southampton Store where they informed me that my refurbished iMac that I purchased direct from APPLE UK would not include a wireless mouse and keyboard so I purchased that equipment from the store. I subsequently came to find that my iMac did come with wireless kit, Nick said that I should return the items to Southampton for a full refund and he told your Manager about it and he signed his business card to that effect. Southampton gave me a no quibble refund. Thanks Nick and your Manager Rob-brilliant support guys! Keith Anderson.

I came to your store at mid-day for guidance on using the earpieces on my iPhone 6. No one was available at that time because the assistant was at a meeting. I was told to return in 115 minch.utes. I duly returned only to be told that the assistant was at lunch. I am 84 years old and am partially sighted. I do not live in Bath. I am very upset by this sort of poor service.MUDGE

Warning to Apple Southgate customers: If the device you purchase goes wrong, the service you receive is disgraceful. I purchased a Misfit Ray fitness band from Apple Southgate from Brett on 05/01/17. It worked perfectly until today, and now the sync with my iphone is haywire. I phoned the Apple Store Bath on the number on my invoice, and on the website above. I waited a very long time whilst I was put on a loop for support. The advisor kept me waiting for ages whilst he consulted others, then said that they could not help, and that I had to return the MisFit to the Bath Southgate store. This is not my nearest store, but I cannot return it to my local stare, even though it has gone wrong after less than three weeks. This is disgraceful service.

i have tried twice to book an appointment with a genius and both times, after speaking automated voices and a real person, and hanging on the line to awful music, had no response. I just want to speak to a person and book an appointment - is this so difficult! I want to go into the shop and discuss my problems face to face, not online. Shall just have to go to shop and wait I suppose. Would have been so much easier if I had a time. Frustrated

Very poor. I only wanted to cancel an appointment, they kept me hanging on the phone for ages, even though this was a local phone no. Why is it so complicated to ring to make/ cancel an appointment? I simply wanted to ring my local Apple Store when ill, not to spend 1/2 hour on the phone, listening to the silly music. Does Apple realise that some customers are frail and elderly and not confident about using all the modern technology. After all that the line went dead!

What an appalling service. I get through to a robot with a simple question which clearly cannot be answered. Just get a human on the 'phone for goodness sake!

Apple after sales service is atrocious. I purchased a black strap for my Apple Watch and they sent my out of the shop with a Stone coloured one. When you call their helpline they just say you have to return to the shop. I said that's fine so long as you pay me for my time and the expense of getting to one; seem they've never heard of Royal Mail nor Customer Service. This is not my first issue with them; they are dreadful.......

The service at Southgate is excellent and very friendly and supportive. I could not have asked for a more professional approach as a customer. The technical support and advice was also first class and very reassuring. The only problem I found was upon my initial appointment at the store, where when entering the store there are no signs to direct a customer to the point of contact, i.e. Reception or the Genius Bar.

Dear whoever, I'm trying to speak to the Apple Store Bath but ended up in Dubai which wasn't a lot of help. I simply want to know if I can book an appointment to change the identity of an iPad without losing a lot of the information on it and to discuss a couple of other points as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
