Continuing to extend its offer in the beauty sector, and more specifically home waxing methods, Veet has developed the electric wax warmer, Spawax. This spherical plug-in machine lets you melt wax discs, designed by the cosmetics brand and scented with lily or fig fragrances. Once liquid, the wax is kept at the correct temperature, ensuring that it doesn't harden during waxing.
Like in a beauty salon, it is then spread in the direction of hair re-growth, to create strips that can be pulled off. The brand claims that all hairs of more than 2 mm are removed. Spawax discs can be used for underarms, legs, the bikini area and arms. 4 discs are required to wax 2 half-legs, whereas the underarm and bikini area only require one. On the price side, the wax warming kit with 6 discs costs £39. The 6 disc refill is sold £6.59 in medium and large stores.
