I purchased a Thermos cup on 31st of march 2015, on the 1st of April I returned it for an exchange as it did not keep the hot drinks hot . The young assistant at the customer service desk was very unhelpful and i decided to get a full refund .In my opinion he needs to be trained to deal with paying customers

At approximately 4.30 I was in the store and I looked at the trolley bags pack. On putting it back in the dumper I caught my finger on a rusty staple on another pack. I showed the young man on the till who was not very interested although he could see that my finger was bleeding and it continued to bleed for the next one and a half hours. Although not bleeding any more the next day it was still very sore. This is an official report
