Tiny Tudor is a part of the Tudor Group Thailand. The Owner and Managing Director “Simon Ditchburn” is a British Expat builder for more than 35 years.

Traditionally The Tudor Group has built Housing projects and Condominiums (apartment blocks). but as the market changes to alternative forms of housing. The Tudor Group is adapting to meet the new challenge.

Our Managing Director Simon Ditchburn is fully aware of the housing crisis that has swept through the Western World. He has seen first hand, how the young and upcoming generation can’t get onto the property ladder and is in urgent need of an alternative form of housing. Simon is also aware of the changes required to meet the ecological footprint of how we all live today. Change is required and quickly. Tiny Houses could be an answer to both the housing crisis and contributing to the ecological upgrade needed for the future.

Tiny Tudor has been launched to build Tiny Houses. As Tiny Houses are based on house construction rather than caravan construction. The transition in construction from traditional houses to mobile houses has been very easy. The only clear difference was building on a trailer rather than concrete footings.

Our amazing Tiny houses are built to British Construction Standard (B.S 3632). All trailers are built from galvanized steel and conform to the international M.O.T testing requirements. Our building teams are all qualified tradesmen and Simon himself has been a hands on tradesman for more than 35 years. The finished result in the quality of the Tiny Houses is clearly visible.

Tiny Tudor houses are a high-end product and provide comfort and space far beyond that of traditional Caravans or indeed many Houses. All of our products come with a parts and labour warranty for 2 years.
