About a month ago I approached the EE store in Lincoln High street. I spoke initially to a gentleman named Keiran. I requested to go from a pay as you go to a monthly contract. I was given a temporary number (447749514297) and was told that my own number (07807 732220) would be available in a short while. This was almost a MONTH AGO! twice I have been back to Lincoln EE store, the last time just three days ago and I was assured that my own number would be available with in 48 hours. IT IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE - WHY?? On this last visit I was also assured that I would receive a refund - the amount that EE demanded within days of the contract being signed, despite my being told by Lincoln EE store that the first month would be free - needless to say, I still do not have my own number and no sign of a refund! I was told the day I visited EE that three other customers had been in with the same complaint regarding not getting their number back. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?? if I do not get a reply I will keep complaining - and keep complaining until I get satisfaction over this. Recently on a Radio 4 consumer programme, it was stated EE was now officially top of the list when it came to complaints - I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY!!

I HAVE JUST TRIED RINGING COMPLAINTS DEPT ON THE NUMBER YOU GIVE - 07953 966250. After numerous options I was finally told that I would be put through to someone to whom I could speak. Having pressed the appropriate number (4) I was immediately cut off! I have never come across such a useless firm as EE - HOW DO I LODGE A COMPLAINT? Eric Payne Lincolnshire

24 July 2015 Once again, another two days have gone by and NO contact from EE regarding my complaint. A week ago I was PROMISED that within 48 hours I would be given my own phone number back instead of the 'temporary' one I was given a MONTH ago. I have tried once again getting into touch with EE, both through email and phoning the Lincoln shop. As always, a recorded message asks for my name and phone number and say they will get back to me - they never do! I will keep complaining until someone gets in touch with me. Mean while it means yet another trip to the Lincoln shop which for me is a round journey of 40 miles!

I have called the store SEVEN times today and no one is answering, also your answerphone mailbox is full, not good. Someone call me back asap please, preferably Kieran as he sold me the package. 07887624131 Thanks

EE Lincoln is a disaster in every respect. Customer service is zero. They are incapable. I will write to the general manager of EE to make sure that the entire team of EE Lincoln goes home. My troubles started with an upgrade. They were unable to do the right thing. I have been out of reach for more than two weeks because of EE Lincoln. Danielle and Kieran are at fault. Danielle 's behaviour left lots to desire. Rudeness, poor customer service, misleading information. I am going to write until Danielle gives back my phone she confiscated today. As a peaceful citizen, I walked out without protesting. But will do whatever it takes to get my phone back. I WILL WRITE AGAIN.

I am very disappointed with the service. just wondering why my phone was taken from me by Danielle the store manager when I am still keeping my number. She tells me that I should have kept my phone had I not VISITED the shop today. So, please I NEED my phone back. I have been without a phone for 2 weeks and Danielle is at fault . So it is unfair for her to take off the S7 edge from me when I need it for my number ending 07852301533. If this does not happen I will leave EE because of misconduct from Danielle and the Lincoln team. Danielle will definitely take this phone and offer to a friend or family. . Also, she is keeping my deposit of 50 pounds. This is why she had to leave the phone with me.

After bitterly complaining last month about EE (see my remarks below) I can, thank goodness, now say that the issues I had with EE have now been sorted. This, in great part, is due to the efforts of John, of the Lincoln High St branch (credit where credit is due) who has been very helpful. So at the moment, all's well that ends well. Eric Payne

I have tried to contact the shop three times and left a message. So far no one has had the politenss to retun my call !!!
