This is the worst suprmarket available. Despite recent promises due to its mismanaement, prices continue to be hilgher than anywhere else, so called offers and reductions are and always have been false and a deception. It has always been a scandall that has allowed this company to continue to operate as it does. I tried calling Tesco Martlesham on Satuday five times between 6pm and 8pm. without response. Whjat akind of customer service is that? Questions need answering, but more importantly changaes need makilng.In short, this is a rubbish store and ai wish it were replaced by one of the otehrs.

Poor quality poor staffing poor attitudes lack of products dirty floors and shelves all round terrible standards started to shop elsewhere now quite a bit

Becka On customer service desk on Thursday April 20th.1900 hrs approx. Becka served me and she was extremely efficient, courteous and kind. She managed my difficulties trying to locate a product in store and then, as it was not available, located it at the Ipswich Branch which she contacted and secured the item for me. She was an exceptional ambassador for your store.

I went into tesco last Saturday and when I couldn't find what I was looking for I went to ask a member of your staff only to be told 'speek no English' please could you explain to me how someone who doesn't speak the language can possibly complete a job application .form. I would be interested to hear you view on this.

I shop here everyday and every time i have been over past week i have had to search for a shopping basket, can you please purchase some more and have them available at the store entrance?

Writing for a pensioner neighbour who can't get any sense from your staff about two favourite purchases. First, what has happened to Everyday Muffins ? Second to Warburton's breads ? Otherwise, he's committed and content and regular: but not e-mail wired up. Can you please say something about these two ordinary products ? Thanks R Scott
