Hi, I am a student and studying Photography. For my project on still-life I want to include a fish and it's bones. Would you be able to skin the fish and keep the bones in the shape of the fish? Also tell me roughly how much it would cost? Maddy

My husband and I were in this store today - 11.30 - 12.30. We only required a few items and then used the cafe for a snack before our next appointment at 1pm. We would like to complain that there were at least 3 unmanned 'pay' counters. We would consider this was a busy time and it should NOT be the customers responsibility to agitate for a better service. By the way we traveled to Exeter from Exmouth. Your cafe service could be improved. I noted there were staff who should have cleared the dirty cups from a previous customer which were on the table we occupied.I have a partnership card.

I visit Exeter Waitrose on a regular basis, with my wife and can be considered a Waitrose fan spending most of our grocery provision in store albeit there are cheaper places to shop. I quite like the way things are run there. Recently I became aware of a parking attendant who patrols the area outside for parking places, an elderly gentleman, and it is this I am going to talk about. I have watched him ovrer the months telling people they can't leave the store area , how long they have to park, all in a fairly officious manner. As I am a frequent shopper there ,it appears he has got to recognise me and today he saw my wife and Idrive in , and after that he appeared to be following me, watching where I was going watching at all times my time in the store, I don't know why, perhaps he thought Iwas going to do something wrong. We felt like we were being spied on. Anyway it upset my wife as she was aware of it as well. If it happens again Iwill confront the Brittania parking official and have it out with him to find out what he thinks I, potentially am going to do wrong. His procedures/actions make us feel, uncomfortable Are you trying to drive customers to other shops,as I have seen several instances of this mans attitude to other customers. I don't know what you can do about it but I would be pleased to hear of what action you can take, after all I am a loyal customer who doesn't want to shop else where but feel there are other options if necessary. We understand , displayed on the notice that you can park for up to 2 hours to shop. I await any reply

I am complaining because this morning I purchased a bottle of gin from your Exeter store. I returned it two hours later because I discovered I already had one in the cupboard. The woman at the counter would not give me a refund but instead issued me with a gift card for the amount of the gin. I protest to you about this. Any other shope in town would refund me then and there with no questions. I did not need a gift card and as a result iof being treated in this manner will not in future be doing my shopping at your stores. I have been a loyal customer and am appalled that you did this and feel very aggrieved. It is more the issue than the money. I should have been given the return either in cash or on my bank card no questions asked. No wonder your business is struggling if you treat loyalty in this way! Lindy Campbell
