recently my mobile was infected with a virus, and I took it into the store to be fixed. the staff member, whose name I forget, spent all of 30 seconds looking at it before saying I needed to take it to a Samsung shop. which I did, but they referred me back to the EE shop stating that 'EE was notoriously lazy, and clearly must just not have been bothered that day as I wasn't buying anything'. after speaking over the phone with customer services (who actually was extremely helpful), I learned that both EE and carphone warehouse should have been able to fix it 'if they had even basic knowledge of the model'.
this now means have to make a third trip into town to get it fixed. I feel irritated and let down, but to be honest it is what I have come to expect from EE.
