I ordered two coffee's and a muffin, asked for a knife so I could cut the muffin and was told there wasn't any knives as they were not clean and was given a folk instead!
No brown sugar available and the coffee was cold,we were in the shop for some 15/20minutes and no staff cleared any of the dirty dishes.
All in all not a good experience!
