I had a problem with an item from Stephanel. The manager of Stephanel (Jo) dealt with it in a courteous and professional manner and was very understanding. She is a credit to your store. Well done.

I recently visited menswear in house of Fraser Cardiff.I found the sales lady,more Cathy Bryant very helpful and lovely. I had a bad experience at the store a few months ago.I had a complaint, and asked to speak to the manager of menswear.I was treated very badly by the manager,who I wS told was calledGemma.She needs a lesson in public relations.Especially to the elderly.Incidently my complaint was not dealt with.

Visited this store on Monday of this week and could not believe the appalling attitude of the staff in various sections of the store. They really just could not be bothered and preferred to stand around gossiping. I would emphasise that it was the "Brand Names" that incited our purchases - certainly not the attitude of the staff. H O F you are also leaving yourselves wide open to the shoplifters out there. No attempt was made to assist us and there were piles of clothes left unattended in the changing rooms. You must be losing business at a rate of knots. If you would like specifics on our visit - please feel free to contact me. It really was abysmal, in more than just one section. The icing on the cake was leaving the store - setting off the security alarm!!! How embarrassing, after having spent a substantial amount of money. You really do need to initiate a re-training programme within your store. It would also be of enormous benefit to the store individuals, to remind them that they are employed by H O F to deliver excellent customer service. They seem to think that their loyalty is to their "brand" not to the overall excellence of customer satisfaction. Take a look John Lewis and learn from them!!
