I JUST RANG THE 0844 561 6161 NUMBER TO SEE IF A REGATTA PARKA COAT WAS AVAILABLE IN BRISTOL FOR MY HUSBAND TO GO IN AND COLLECT. AFTER WAITING AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR MY PHONE CALL TO EVEN BE ANSWERED, IT TOOK A FURTHER 15 MINUTES FOR THE ADVISER (WHOM I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND) TO INFORM ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THIS COAT IN STOCK IN BRISTOL. HE THEN WENT ON TO INFORM ME THAT HE COULD HAVE ONE READY IN BRANCH FOR ME BY TOMORROW. AFTER A FURTHER 10 MINUTES (APPARENTLY HIS COMPUTER HAD FROZEN) HE TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CLICK AND COLLECT - WHICH HAD HE ADVISED ME THAT THIS IS WHAT HER WAS DOING, I KNEW THIS ANYWAY AS I'D TRIED TO CLICK AND COLLECT MYSELF - A COMPLETE WAST OF HALF AN HOUR OF MY TIME.

I am glad to have the opportunity of being able to give an opinion. Why do my statements now NOT show me the purchases but just show the amount? I would like to know what I have purchased not just the amount. If this continues I shall shop elsewhere. I have always been very jappy when l shop at Debenhams & have been a customer for many year.

If you get a Debenhams beauty club reward card make sure the assistant fully registers your card for you in store. I have tried umteen times to try to register mine online and have not had a response to my web contact requesting assistance. Spent £75 in Cardiff store and cant get points registered. Same message saying network problems try later. Use your Boots card much more simple and more Boots stores around so access is easier too.

So may negative comments re your customer service line. So many options then sorry my computers down please call back. All I wanted was the Bristol shops number to find if an item was on display. Their email response is also non existent. Debenhams you need to get your act together if you want retain customers. Remember BHS! Also your personal information box should reflect we are in the UK and have postcodes not zip codes.

I have rung three different numbers and have waited 10 minutes at least on each number for someone to answer. No response from any of the numbers which I think is really poor service from a renowned bristol store. I tried three different numbers and didn't receive a response from any of them!!!!

I have just had a very long phone call on the number given to see if I could order some trousers. Firstly it was difficult to understand the operator, then another person told me that the trousers number that the debenhams assistant gave me was not recognisable. Then it wasn't in the sale but they would look again saying bare with me, bare with me etc. Still couldn't find it on the computer and said she would put me through to the. Bristol store. I waited for ages and then the call was cut off by your staff. This is most frustrating and just decided to buy elsewhere.
