The shop attention to problems is awful. 6 staff standing around doing nothing but the customer has to make an appointment to see the GURU. mine was 10 days later. As it turns out the problem still was not resolved. I then went to 2 independent experts who agreed the same problem, which the GURU did not identify.Even little me had told him what I was experiencing

What a charming young man is Matt, the manager of the O2 shop in Eastbourne the Arndale Centre. He was extremely helpful and patient with me, an OAP, who is not clued up on technology. Matt did not mind me butting in and asking his advice, even though I was in a waiting time queue, as the shop was very busy. I have a walker to assist me in getting around. Matt sorted out my problem in a courteous and professional manner, he went the extra mile. Thank you O2. From a grateful O2 customer. visited shop Tues 15th Nov 2016

I know o2 is meant to be good but I don't really think it should be £1.53 charge for a call to ask a simple Question..........!

Rubbish have tried getting through on numerous occasions, they just end the call without answering. Not good customer service, will be complaining to 02. They need to employ decent staff, not what you expect of 02.

DREADFUL. Am leaving for another provider and my wife as well who has a different O2 contract/number. I came in this morning and met with a girl from Portugal who loaded another app and left me to it. I cannot drive it; I came for help not to be sent packing with an appointment. The last time I was in store, I changed my account(s) from business, bought a Microsoft Lumia 550 and kept my number 07717 134134 (you can see why!). I have just phoned your HO and have been told I am in a business contract. That is probably why I have noticed I am being billed TWICE monthly by O2. I do not EVER want a business contract. They are ghastly and run by an outfit that's not O2 and getting help...forget it! Now I am off to find a new contract with another provider have asked for a PAC code. As soon as I mentioned difficulty with O2, my wife said "I want to go too..." So, did your girlie do well at 09.05 this morning? Respond please Michael Gaze 01323 381185 or 07717 134134 or

Good "front of house" (reception) and Guru service. 7 weeks ago I bought two new phones and had the SIMS and details in two others I took with me sorted out. Guru was very thorough and although I am late 70s in age did not patronise me as do most shop assistants in techy matters but treated me like an intellingent male - which is what I am! I left the shop confident that I had been well-briefed and given proper assistance!

terrible service ,told to wait for five minutes for an advisor , 20 minutes later we finaly are served by an abrupt sales person , we bought a phone , but she said it would be up and running in half an hour ! 3 hours later phone still does not have a signal, haven now phoned the shop we are told to turn the phone off , and then on again. hooray the phone now works. a truly, miserable experience all-round . thank you 02 ,we will be going to another network !!!!!!!
