The range to not abide by the law. Be very careful when purchasing large expensive items as you may not get your money back if they are faulty

I like The Range and often shop there my Husband always wants to have a coffee I only drink tea but am really annoyed that they are charging £2.5p with small teapots that always leak half the tea goes on table. Will not be using café again . If they are now calling themselves Costa they need to get their act together.

I spent sometime shopping at the Range on 6th June buying garden chairs and they were super helpful. I also looked at art and craft stuff and then had coffee, cake etc with my young daughter and a friend. I left the retail park and then returned later in the afternoon to buy something from the Range that my children wanted. To my surprise, 10 days later, I have received a charge notice in the post for £50 or £90 if not paid in 28 days. Initial reaction of shock, dismay and anger but after speaking to Sue at The Range, I understand this notice will be cancelled and in future I would need to let the Range know if I am likely to spend more than 4 hours and they can arrange a day pass for me. Thank you for such a helpful outcome. As I write, I am seriously ill in bed and receiving the charge notice has only served to cause me more stress but I am pleased that the Range has brought a resolution to this. Thank you. I will certainly keep shopping at the Range. Excellent customer service.

Every time I go in their the staff treat me like I am some kind of criminal asking me for my ID and then not scanning my stuff properly leaving it to go of every time I enter the store and to be dead honest I find that really insulting just because the way I dress they treat you different

I received a parking penalty through the post, from my shopping trip with friends on the 7th of September, they were so impressed with The Range that we obviously outstayed our welcome in the car park, I was horrified to receive the fine for £90, or £50 if I pay now!!, looking at the TPS website I noticed comments written by other unfortunate locals who like me really enjoy shopping at The Range and phoned the range immediately to see if they could help me, I have just spoken to a very nice lady called Lucy, and she advised me that she will ensure that the fine is cancelled, Just want to say a Big Thank You to Lucy for her very professional kindness and Thank You to The Range for being so helpful to their customers, I do not know of any other company that would be so obliging, will certainly keep shopping at the business park, but be more mindful of the time I spend parking!!!, although Lucy suggested that I let them know if I am going to be more than 5 hrs and they will take car details and then "No Fine" what more can you ask for?? Yesterday my daughter and I were in your store,She is disabled and wanted to choose a new duvet set.The girl on the department couldn't have been more helpful,I think her name was Emmaline or similar,she was great ! However, ! You do seriously need to install air conditioning !! Thank you

very poor customer service, low staff numbers, long ques at the checkouts and customer service desk, where inexperienced staff, are unable to help without seeking out a experienced staff on the shop floor, leaving the desk unmanaged and customers waiting far too long. On the days I visited in June 2018, with the exception of the plants purchased, the rest of the merchandise is in my opinion, 'overpriced Tat' I found the manager very unhelpful. On line service. lots of complaints from other customers the days I shopped there. I will not be going to the Ringwood Store again.
