Morrisons in Skipton

Personally I think your customer service techniques are absolute rubbish. The check out staff are lovely and polite but the woman that wears a full black suit, I didn't get a name, but she is terribly rude in all my customer service experience I was taught to keep customers happy and make sure they know where everything they need is without trouble. On this one occasion the shop had shut, me and my friend was unaware of this as most shut at 10pm the woman rudely stands at the bottom of the shop and shouts at us can you leave because we are shut now!, personally I would have said can I help you? Do you have everything you need as the shop is now closed and we would appreciate it if all customers made there way to the checkout. If she had asked this she would have seen I only wanted a tin of custard and then I would have paid and left happily instead I have left annoyed and upset that I was shouted at rather loudly like a child. I won't be using your store again. This woman needs some refresher course.

Loving the new look even though it's still got a way to go. The only "complaint" I have is that you have changed the way you wrap up fresh fish . The new wrap doesn't contain the fluids that come off fish that has been filleted/gutted.. The old wrap was heat sealed and that made sure your other packed goods were not contaminated. Yes you can have it bagged up at checkout but that is a waste of money and plastic!! Otherwise good job all round.

I have to tell that after our experience this morning, Thursday October 15, my wife and I will not be visiting your store again. The noise level from your in-store sound system was quite intolerable. We could neither converse together nor hear what anyone else was saying. This is not a new problem as we have several times recently felt strongly inclined to walk out of the store because of the raucous sounds coming from over our heads. On our infrequent visits to a neighboring store we have found there is no such problem: the store is pleasantly quite and refreshing a change from the outrageous cacophony which has greeted us every visit to Morrisons in recent times.
