Car parking: I note even MORE spaces have now been allocated to parent and child
Parking close to the entrance.

I object to this, many people of a certain age are not blue badge holders...

We always get our groceries here. We have always had exceptionally good service. On the last two visits, the two check-out girls had their own ways i.e. two days ago the girl simply kept chatting to the...

couple before me ignoring the rest of us in the queue. When checking out I glanced at her ID and it was 'Tara'.
The second encounter was with the check out girl who refused to swipe my coupons for points. She said it is not necessary to swipe the coupons I would get the points anyway! I insisted and One being extra points for 'Free form' goods. She said "I do not know if you have bought any of these items". I asked her if she wants to see them and went through my groceries that were already packed and pulled out the two items that I had. She then happily swiped my two coupons. Unfortunately I was so confused that I did not check out the name of this girl.
It made me feel that I ought to carry the food items along with the coupons which has never been the case. I am a bit sad that such attitudes can bring down the standard of Morrisons. I write this because I think they need more training in public relation.
