I rang to report a fault with a television that I bought as a christmas present. Within 7 days the television was not working. Trying to get through was quite poor as the menu selection did not have to 'report a fault'.ihad to take a chance with the selection tracking an order. Quite confusing and if I had a hearing problem I would have probably 'given up'.
Got through and spoke to Lorraine who dealt with the concern very effectively. I do hope the television will be back working for Christmas.

I have always found the staff at this store to be incredibly helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to help and for this reason I find it a pleasure to shop there. On the rare occasions I have found an item purchased from Argos to be faulty they have no hesitation in offering a refund or exchange. I am also a fan of the PAY LATER scheme so long as you pay up in full on time, otherwise the APR is horrendously high. It's a shame the store is not located in the centre, as it is a bit awkward to reach for non-drivers like myself.
