Got to primark in Harrogate to return something at 5:45 on Saturday and the said we couldn't come in cos they were closed the website says 6 not happy at all as made a special trip in to town to be fobbed off by your childish immature members of staff!!! Change your website or change your staff!

Visited the shop today at 14.16 and was served by a very pleasant, efficient assistant called Rebekah, she communicated well ,and was very helpful, plus did it with a smile which one does not often see.

The opening hours displayed here are incorrect.
Monday - Saturday = 8.45 - 17.30 Sunday =10.00 - 16.30 (10.00-10.30 browsing only due to Sunday trading laws).
