I have been to the cafe at Morrisons in Burton on Trent this morning and had a most unpleasant service. After a 5 min wait to actually order and was informed food would take at least 25 mins. The food came after a wait of 50 mins was cold, I went up to complain and the attitude of the women was disgraceful, there is no customer service she didn't seem to think there was a problem with serving food cold and when I asked for a refund, came back with a handful of change to refund just for the meal, I said I wanted a full refund following the disgusting service I had just received. She tutted, asked another to open the til to drop the money in my hand, when the coins fell on the floor I stood and waited for her to pick them us and she mumbled 'sorry'. If this is customer services don't bother to shop at Morrisons go to another superstore ,they do not deserve any custom. Lets hope that the Managers are wise enough to acknowledge this critism and complaint.

Visited the store yesterday 16/12/14. Excellent display of fish as you entered Market Street. Without exception all the shelves were fully stocked, Butchers display was so tempting. Lamb chops looked as they should be. Amongst other items bought a gammon joint - right size and competively priced. Well pleased with all I bought. Sadly the store was almost empty of customers, so sad as the staff were helpful and attentive. Good selection, good place to shop.

Having only bought your fresh fruit and vegetables because you don't tamper with them in any way, why have you now only decided to sell waxed apples, the peel tastes awful and it can not be washed off, the same with the lemons, we want organic at the best price unwaxed and as natural as can be please, thank you
